Leading a life a professional financial expert he has also featured in a recent Hollywood blockbuster Wall Street II: Money Never Sleeps, where he acted as a trader alongside superstar Shia LaBeouf. His role in the making of the movie was just not restricted to acting as he also had served as an advisor to Director Oliver Stone, just to ensure that the film captured an authentic view of the Wall Street.
Tommy Belesis has been very active when it comes to play his part as a dedicated social activist, he has supports many charitable and welfare making organizations like the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation, Leukaemia & Lymphoma Society, the Greek America Foundation and Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research and rescue charities. Thomas Belesis was awarded the Businessman of the Year Award from the Queens County Republican Party in May 2011 and very recently he has been named as one of 25 Most Intriguing People of 2010 by the Greek America Magazine.
